This can be caused by autoimmune disease where the beta cells in the pancreas are destroyed by autoimmune disease. Or it could be secondary to prolonged insulin resistance (caused by excess carbohydrate consumption and/or hormone imbalance) which causes the beta cells to be depleted of their ability to make insulin. You must control insulin. Eat a high fiber diet and take Opti-Fiber Lean or Fiber Lean Pro. Increase mitochondria with CoQ-TEN, ATP Activate, ALAmed CR and/or Alamax Protect and/or Berberine and/or Mitochondrial Renewal Kit, and/or AMPK Activator. Control insulin with one or more of the above supplements and with one or more of the following: Glysen or Glysen Synergy, Glucose Modulate or Chromate GTF 600. Glucose Modulate has chromium along with vitamins, herbs and minerals important for insulin/glucose levels. Chromate GTF 600 has chromium polynicotinate if you want to take only chromium alone or add to any of the above supplements.
Bone loss, fatigue, elevated blood sugar and insomnia are associated with insulin deficiency.
