Prostate Enlargement BPH
There are many causes of prostate enlargement. One is elevated dihydrotestosterone levels. The other is elevated estrogen levels. The enzyme that converts testosterone to estrogen is the enzyme called aromatase. Aromatase enzyme is increased by excess testosterone, elevated insulin levels, low thyroid, abnormal cortisol, aging, leptin resistance, inflammation, and lack of vitamin C and Zinc. There are many things that will block/inhibit aromatase enzyme and decrease estrogen levels such as DIM3 or DIMension 3. Others are ResveraTri (resveratin and quercetin) grapeseed extract, Green Tea Extract, pomegranate extract, and medications such as arimidex and laetrozole.
