Why Are You So Tired?

Here’s 3 Possible Reasons

What is LDL vs. LDL-P?

You may know it’s important to keep your blood LDL cholesterol value within healthy limits to lower your risk of developing heart disease. But have you heard of LDL-P? It stands for LDL particle number. Diet Data: Ketogenic vs. Paleo

Wondering whether the ketogenic or Paleo diet is for you? The primary benefit of EPA is inflammation reduction, but it’s not considered “essential” like DHA. DHA — a “building block” for the structure of your brain — affects attention, cognition, learning, memory, mood, neurodegeneration, reaction time and visual acuity. So, the answer to the question: undoubtedly DHA.
